Dear Crusader Classic Participants, 

 

Rather than re-open registration and have each participant re-register for the Crusader Classic, we have decided to designate Friday, March 6th as the Change-by-Date. This is how it will work: 

 

• We are carrying over ALL registration from February 8th.

• We will be sending out registration report emails to each affiliation so that you can review your registration and notify us of any changes that need to be made. We ask that you minimize this to one email per affiliation to minimize potential registration errors and miscommunications. You may add and remove competitors as well as alter the events in which they are registered. 

• All competitors may stay in the levels in which they were previously registered as long as they have not pointed out of the level. i.e. for those dancers registered as newcomers, they may remain in newcomer despite potentially having danced bronze at another competition between February 8th and March 15th provided that they did not point out of newcomer. 

• Registration fees will remain the same! We still have early registration reports, so early registration fees will still be taken into account. Newcomer registration will remain $25 for any newcomers who still wish to register, and any other new registration will be considered regular registration, which is $40. The late registration fee for anyone who registers after March 6/at the door will be $45. Open dancers compete for free! 

• Invoices will follow after the Change-by-Date.
